No more dirty planes

Just over a year ago Danish low-coast carrier Cimber Sterling closed after terrible losses. But shortly after the company went bust a new company simply called Cimber saw the light of the day. Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) decided to use Cimber to operate their regional flights to and from Billund and Aarhus Airport in the western part of Denmark to Copenhagen. Not a great idea as Cimber just leased some really old planes for the busy route and thereby causing many commuters to travel by train or simply abandon SAS alltogether. Have a look here and read my full review of the Cimber-operated route between Billund and Copenhagen. (Shortly after this review was published SAS decided not to renew their contract with Cimber, so from spring 2014 the route will be operated by Jet Time and their brand new ATR-72).

The 18 year old ATR-72 was very dirty and below normal standards for SAS.
