The falcon is the national bird of the United Arab Emirates and is therefore treated with the utmost respect. What I didn't know is that the falcons are only allowed to fly on passengerjets, if they fly on First or Businessclass - because of the strict insurance policy apparently. I had the pleasure of seeing a falcon show live in the Abu Dhabi desert and you can see the result
