BA has always been good at developing new concepts - both up in the air and on the ground. One of the great ideas is found at the San Francisco Airport, where BA has chosen to open one of their stylish lounges right next to the departure gate. This means that passengers can actually board the plane directly from the lounge without any hassle of going back down to the terminal or queing. What a great idea.
