Perfection at The Connaught

A five-star hotel is more than a place to sleep. It's a home away from home - at least for a few days. But how do hoteliers make this happen? Well, simply by adding a huge amount of passion into their work, says Jannes Soerensen, the rooms division manager at The Connaught in London. At my recent stay at the hotel he told me all about The Connaughts "pleasure to please", which is also one of the hotels official mottos.
