The famous french chef Raymond Blanc once had a dream of opening a restaurant in the most beautiful surroundings. He found the perfect spot in the little idyllic village of Great Milton near Oxford, England. Today the Le Manoir aux Quat'Sasisons has been up and running for 29 years - and holding two Michelinstars all along the way. In 2002 Raymond Blanc even joined forces with The Orient-Express luxury chain of hotels. Quite an achievement and definitely worth a visit. Please read the full review
