This summer I had the pleasure of staying at Claridge's in London. The beautiful art-deco hotel is well known for it's splendid service, but staying at the hotel I also noticed another thing: It's all the minor - but still important - details that make this hotel so special: Like the very fast and efficient shoe cleaning service, the wonderful and very British minibar and the most amazing way they serve breakfast in the room.
