Teambuling in the kitchen

Frenchman Raymond Blanc is one of Britains most wellknown chefs, but also the proprietor of the wonderful five star hotel and restaurant Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons near Oxford. Now it's possible to learn some of the tricks of the trade, as Raymond Blanc has opened a high-end cookery school - one of the few in the world associated with a two-star Michelin-restaurant next door.
